Medical Legal Services

Dr. Molot has been providing lawyers with medical legal reports concerning personal injury resulting from environmental causes since 1993 and has been designated as the medical legal liaison for the Environmental Health Clinic at Women’s College Hospital in Toronto.

The reports contain a review of the medical literature pertaining to the alleged injury or illness, his opinion regarding what role environmental factors may have had in their initiation or exacerbation, and an assessment of any subsequent change in function.

All medical legal opinions are accompanied by explanations and/or discussions, which are fully annotated, citing the known published medical evidence obtained from peer-reviewed medical journals available in the medical database of the U.S. National Library of Medicine (Medline).

Requests for medical legal assessments will only be contracted with law firms.
