Medical legal assessments
Dr. Molot has provided more than 100 independent medical legal reports at the request of legal representatives in both Canada and the USA. He has appeared in court as an expert witness on numerous occasions.
Opinions provided include consideration of inoor environmental exposure impacts in cases of personal injury, including evaluations of functional abilities, in patients with environmental sensitivities/multiple chemical sensitivity (ES/MCS), myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) and fibromyalgia for contested claims of disability and accommodation. His opinions are evidence-based, supported by citations of published medical studies obtained from peer-reviewed medical journals available in the medical database of the U.S. National Library of Medicine.
